Footage Of Paradise, CA After A Wildfire Completely Destroyed It Is Harrowing
California was hit by massive fires causing over 150,000 people to evacuate. The fire continues to spread rapidly in the north of California, and has so far covered an area of approximately 300 square kilometers.
Fire completely destroyed the city of Paradise with 27,000 inhabitants, and at least nine people lost their lives. 35 people are still missing.
The city of Paradise reached fire so quickly that firefighters could only evacuate people and save their lives. There was no time to extinguish the fire, because at the time of their arrival, it had already expanded so much that there was no efficiency.
In one hour, all 27,000 inhabitants emigrated from the city. The city was also surrounded by a fiery wall that prevented the inhabitants from moving to safety. The fire has destroyed at least 7,000 buildings and burned thousands of vehicles, and the death toll is likely to be much higher.
The fire also spreaded in the south of California, where the authorities indicated the evacuation of the entire Malibu, where there are 13,000 inhabitants. Among them are many famous Hollywood stars.
There are thousands of firefighters fighting with the fires, and 23 helicopters and firefighters are helping them, but only about five percent of the fires have so far tackled.
