Guy From Vancouver Driving In Parking Lane Thinks It's Not His Fault He Got Pulled Over

Driving downtown in the afternoon, traffic gets stopped because of construction and all the drivers have been sitting here for a couple of minutes. Driver of this car noticed a car speeding down the parking lane behind him. Traffic starts moving again and he obviously did not want to let him in, so he speeded up a bit. Rest is pretty self-explanatory.
