A video has landed on YouTube these days, where we can watch an unexpected scene on a beach in the United States.
In the city of Westerly on the southwest coast of the US state of Washington, bathers were surprised by a swarm of dragonflies.
The video, which has been circulating on the Internet these days, is already a real hit on social networks - it has reached several million views to date, and many Internet users were left speechless by the scene.
"When you're at the beach and all of a sudden a dragonfly apocalypse happens," the author wrote alongside the video. According to her, the dragonflies appeared out of nowhere, and the swarm contained several thousand of the mentioned insects.
Dragonflies are otherwise considered to be very useful insects that also feed on mosquitoes. Just one dragonfly can eat over 100 mosquitoes a day, which makes their presence in the vicinity of our homes very desirable.
