Police Dashcam Captures Plane Emergency Landing On The Highway In Seattle
On Thursday, a smaller KR2 plane had to make an emergency landing on a highway in Seattle, and the entire drama was captured by a camera mounted in a police vehicle.
The police vehicle was driving on the highway at the same moment when a smaller plane came by.
Pilot David Acklam said after a successful emergency landing that there was probably a malfunction on the fuel system. He also told the media that he was on his way to work when the engine suddenly stopped working, forcing him to make an emergency landing on the highway.
Fortunately, no one was injured during the emergency landing, but many drivers were shocked to see an airplane approaching the section of the highway.
A police officer driving on the same section of the highway caught a successful emergency landing on camera and then helped the pilot push the plane onto a nearby parking lot.
