Roof Blows Off Building And Lands On Cars, Barely Missing People

Over the past few days, there has been a lot of bad weather in Russia. The surveillance cameras in the city of Nizhny Novgorod captured the moment when a roof was blown off of one of the nearby buildings.

The strong winds developed in the area in a few seconds, according to many local people, they have not witnessed such weather for quite some time. The security camera captured the moment when a roof was blown off of the building, which landed on the nearby parking lot.

There was a group of men who were there at the time and they have avoided flying rooftops for inches.
