Police held a minor boy after a Mercedes he was allegedly driving hit and killed an IT professional Monday, but soon after a driver of the juvenile's family turned up to claim responsibility for the crime, said sources Wednesday. Police suspect it was an attempt to mislead investigation into the death of Siddharth Sharma, 32, who was killed after being struck by the Mercedes in north Delhi's Civil Lines area. Sharma was on his way to the market when the vehicle hit him.
