Stunning Time-Lapse Video Of Icebreaker In Antarctica
Years ago, Cassandra Brooks posted a very special video on her YouTube channel.
She sailed around Antarctica for two months with members of the research team, and filmed scenes while sailing on camera.
The two-month-long journey was condensed into less than five minutes using time-lapse technique, and the video has already garnered more than 800,000 views on the YouTube network to date. With icebreaker Nathaniel B. Palmer, they traveled across the Ross Sea in northern Antarctica, and during the journey, the crew even witnessed animal playfulness several times.
Cassandra also showed the animal scenes in the video at the end, and described the trip itself as an unforgettable experience.
See what a two-month-long cruise through Antarctica looks like in just five minutes. Would you ever visit Antarctica?
