From the city of Yekaterinburg, which is considered the administrative center of the Ural Federal District and the Sverdlovsk authorities, comes a video of the local as the temperatures dropped boldly below freezing.
Oner citizen captured a strange scene on the camera as the temperatures dropped to -30 degrees Celsius (-22 degrees Fahrenheit). As he stepped onto the balcony, he showed what had happened to his lunch, which he had left alone outside for a few minutes.
The pasta completely froze, and the whole structure also held plastic fork in the air.
