A teen driver simply opened the window and then dumped some of his waste from his car. We were lucky enough to have a motorcycle near him, who does not tolerate such a thing.

He stepped off the bike, then gave the young driver a gentle but very instructive lesson. Did the motorcyclist do the right thing?
