Van Driver From Ottawa Purposely Drives Through Puddles To Splash Pedestrians

Human stupidity does not really know the boundaries. These days a video from one of the vehicles landed on the web when the driver witnessed an obscene driving of a van driver behind him.

It was raining outside, so the van driver drove over the puddles to splash pedestrians walking on the sidewalk.

The event took place in Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, and the recording already triggered some angry citizens. They now demand that the police officers track the driver's van and punish him.
